NEABSCO DISTRICT SUPERVISOR VICTOR S. ANGRY ANNOUNES SECOND QUARTZ DISTRICT COMMUNITY UPDATE

NEABSCO, VA – The Office of Neabsco District Supervisor Victor S. Angry invites residents to attend the Second Quartz District Community Update, a town hall-style meeting scheduled for Saturday, March 21, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at DeSanto Community Hall in Dale City. The event will provide residents with a firsthand look at the latest developments surrounding the Quartz District and key transportation improvements in the area.

“The Quartz District is going to be a game changer for our community” said Supervisor Angry. “Through these updates, we are committed to ensuring all residents are given the opportunity to stay informed and engaged.”

About the Quartz District: The Quartz District is a large-scale mixed-use development coming to Prince William County, envisioned as a vibrant commercial and residential destination. The project is expected to bring new retail, dining, entertainment and housing to the Neabsco District, serving as a major economic driver and quality-of-life enhancement for existing and future residents.

About the Minnieville Road & Prince William Parkway SPUI: A key highlight of the update will be a status report on the Single Point Urban Interchange (SPUI) at Minnieville Road and Prince William Parkway. This critical transportation improvement is designed to significantly enhance traffic flow, reduce congestion, and improve safety at one of the Neabsco District’s most heavily traveled intersections.

In 2025, an estimated 100 residents attended the inaugural Quartz District Community Update. The office looks forward to building on that momentum at this second gathering. The Second Quartz District Community Update is open to the public, and all are welcome to join.
