Chief Of Staff
Currently serves as Chief of Staff for the Neabsco Magisterial District for 16 plus years. Responsible for leading the Neabsco District Staff in support of the Neabsco District Supervisor Victor S. Angry. Specializes in Budget, Land Use, Constituent Services, Legislation and daily office operations. Kelly has lived in PWC over 30 plus years. Served as Deputy Sheriff – Administration for 10 years, current member of Keep Prince William Beautiful and past Vice Chair and Chair involved with community clean-ups and outreach for 10 years. Co-founder and Vice President of Neabsco Action Alliance that dealt with land use, architecture and community beautification in the Neabsco District. Current appointee and past Chair of the PWC Animal Advisory Committee, volunteer for the Prince William Humane Society, served on the 2010 Census Committee for Prince William County, served as the Neabsco District Appointee to the 2017 – 2020 Strategic Plan. Member of the Woodbridge Optimist Club.

Aide
Raymond White has worked in the I.T. field as a senior web and software developer including data analytics, database admin and business analyst for government and private sector clients. Joining the Neabsco Team in 2019 he assists with technology, research, budget analysis and general office work. Raymond is also a Volunteer Firefighter in Prince William County, enjoys reading, keeping up with the latest technologies and spending time with his family.

Edwin Gonzalez
Edwin comes to the Neabsco District Office with previous community outreach experience. Edwin had the opportunity to serve as a Congressional Intern in multiple Representative’s offices . He worked in PWCS as an Instructional Aide for Special Education Students and an Intern in the PWC Human Rights office. He is also a current third year Public Administration Student – focusing on Public Policy and Human Rights at George Mason University in Fairfax, VA
