The Community Healthcare Coalition of Greater Prince William (coalition) alongside the Prince William Health District have been on a mission to hear from as many voices as possible in Greater Prince William through their CHA survey and community conversation efforts. 

Thanks to the incredible support of community members, leaders, agency and community-based organization partners we’ve reached people in multiple ways: participating in outreach events, conducting listening sessions known as community conversations, and administering a community health survey in person and online.
