DALE CITY – The southbound I-95 general purpose lanes, weather permitting, will have daytime lane closures Wednesday, April 24 and daytime and nighttime lane closures Thursday, April 25 around mile marker 155 between Cardinal Drive and the Dale City Truck-Only Safety Rest Area South for milling, paving and striping.
