I had the honor of attending the Prince William County Schools Outstanding Educators Ceremony today at the Hylton Performing Arts Center. Congratulations to all finalists and winners for Novice Teacher of the Year, Teacher of the Year, and Principal of the Year. What a great testament to the quality of Prince William County Schools.
