Beginning today, July 1, 2020, the Service Authority’s Customer Service and Utility Permit counters in the Raymond Spittle Building will be open for in-person transactions 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday. All visitors must wear a face covering while inside the building, which is located at 4 County Complex Court in Woodbridge. Service Authority customers can continue to conduct account transactions with us 24 hours a day through our online Customer Self Service portal and automated phone system, and can submit payments by mail or at three drop box locations.
